No Fail Beef Stew

2 to 2 1/2 Lbs Beef cubes
16oz cut baby Carrots
1 16oz container of fresh mushrooms cut in half
1 small onion large diced
1 Tbs minced garlic
1- 16oz bottle of French Dressing
16oz of water
6-8 servings of mashed potatoes

1. Start this in the morning and dinner will be ready when you get home.
2. Turn your crock-pot on low heat. Add Beef, Carrots, Mushrooms, onion , garlic and French dressing.
3. Fill empty dressing bottle with water and add to crock-pot.
4.Cook for about 8 hours on low.
5. Pour stew over mash potatoes and enjoy.
